Kelly Griffiths: Hot 'n' Messy (WIP)

  • 2 Northdown Street King's Cross N1 9BG London (map)

Join Lee Griffiths, Tamsyn Kelly and Hot Mess as they give you some fresh material in a conveniently located Zone One venue - yeh we’re not entirely sure how they got it either.

Highlights include: a bar in the venue, two (yes two!) toilets, all of their hot single friends who you like but need an opportunity to speak to in a casual setting before asking them out on a proper date.

Following a four star Edinburgh Festival run and gigs in The London Eye for Time Out, Sketch Off Finalists Hot Mess are back with with some fresh new sketches.

Join them for a sketch party. They’ve started with the playlist and worked back from there. Missy Elliot? Sure. Ciara? 100%. Usher - YES BUT ONLY BECAUSE HE HEARD HOW GOOD THE PLAYLIST WAS AND SLIPPED INTO THEIR DMs.

"Hot Mess pumped up the pace with fast sketches...the two actors supporting and flowing with each other beautifully." Chortle 2018

“The shrieks of laughter and delight were quite unlike anything we’ve ever heard” Brainchild Festival

Tamsyn Kelly is many thing to many people but to us she is a comedian, actor and director. As a comedian she has supported the incredible Seann Walsh, Omid Djalili and Jessie Cave, she has also appeared with Russell Kane on Rage Room (Channel 4), as well as Things You Shouldn’t Say on BBC3.

She directs and performs drag and was a finalist in Man Up 2018. She has recently finished directing her first run of News Revue, and directed Sh*tfaced Showtime’s hit run of The Wizard of Ozat the Leicester Square Theatre and Edinburgh.

She is currently working on her latest hour Rose Hill, where Tamsyn takes a dangerously personal look at the estate that grew up on.

"Hilarious" Independent. As seen/heard on 4OD, Radio 1, BBC3.
